I sent this box of fruit and some chocolates to my daughter and her friends working in hospital during this crisis and said they are lovely. I also found the support with my order was exemplary as I was emailed to check room and ward numbers were correct and to explain it to me. I know when they were delivered and who signed for them. Outstanding - simplistic but informative website, easy to order and excellent communication service via email. It was great to have emails stating the precise hour of delivery and a follow up picture of where the basket had been left.

Service review of Express Gifts was absolutely BRILLIANT. However, I didn't like the courier, he was RUDE, OBTUSE, TRIED TO GET INTO MY HOME and TREATED ME LIKE A LEPER. I was informed that the courier was Royal Mail. In actual fact it was DPD Local, which I didn't appreciate.

The basket was delivered quickly to ts destination. and within the time frame. Took a while to sort out your online ordering system (needs to be a little simmpler) but everything went through fine.
