Really happy with the service from Express gift service again.
Very easy process to follow, website very clear and helpful.
Remembered my invoice and delivery details from last time which was great.
Nothing worse than reordering from a website when you have to input your details again.
Really good and clear communication from Express gift service on delivery too.
I initially looked at M&S for this particular order but gave up after a painful online journey so the bottom line is I'll order from Express gift service again.

Express4fruits as efficient and informative as the other times - and while the DPD driver didn't appear to have read delivery instructions, it was all safe, I was swiftly told [and photo-shown] when it had been left, and could alert the recipient, so it was all good.

Recipient was really pleased with contents of the basket and it was delivered within the time frame- the loss of a star is due to the options for the message (Get Well Soon was the nearest we could get for someone who has a terminal illness) and we understand that the recipient was unable to move it into her flat herself and had to wait for a visitor to move it from outside her front door.

The parcel was wrongly delivered some distance away in the town of Hastings, not in the village of Westfield or the correct postcode despite being correctly addressed. (Don't they use satnav?) The kind lady at that address drove some distance, despite poor driving conditions, to deliver the parcel. It has only just arrived at 8pm!

Delivered within time slot, only problem was the delivery driver did not ring the bell, just left the parcel in the porch & my elderly disabled father did not know it had been delivered till I telephoned him.
